Friendly business and great customer service. We were in Austin at a soccer tournament and we forgot a jersey formine of our players. They were able to help us out to get numbers on one of our blank jerseys so the player could play the tournament.

I’ve visited the store in person before and had a wonderful experience, which is why I returned after seeing your business on TikTok. However, today’s experience was very different. My husband picked up our order, and he mentioned that the interaction was not pleasant and that the employee was rude. When I got home, I realized the order was not what I intended to purchase. I called the store for clarification, and the response I received felt very passive-aggressive.I simply asked for help understanding what I ordered versus what I meant to order and how it could be corrected. Instead of assistance, I was told to “go back to how you placed the order” because I selected the wrong item, which came across as dismissive. I recommend that, like many other vinyl companies, you consider verifying orders with customers—especially when there may be confusion—by asking clarifying questions and improving communication.
