Absolutely! Our staff can guide you through the entire process—from selecting the right press to dialing in temperature and time settings. First-timers are always welcome.
Settings vary by transfer type. For DTF transfers: 260°F (127°C), 6 seconds, heavy pressure, instant hot peel. For HTV: 305-320°F, 10-15 seconds, medium pressure. Our staff will help you find the right settings for your specific materials.
We don’t allow sublimation transfers in our heat press room. Sublimation ink can transfer onto the heat press platens and cause ghosting (faint image shadows) on other customers’ projects. Since sublimation ink turns to gas at high temperatures and can migrate to nearby surfaces, even with protective sheets there’s a risk of residue buildup that affects subsequent presses. We want every customer to get perfect results!
We’re at 418 Chisholm Valley Drive in Round Rock, TX. Open Monday-Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-5pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm. See our Contact page for directions.
