Tips for Choosing Apparel

Match your fabric choice to your printing method for the best results.

For DTF Transfers

Works on any fabric! DTF transfers bond to cotton, polyester, and blends equally well. Choose the fabric weight and feel your customers prefer.

For Sublimation

Stick to white or light-colored polyester (65%+ poly content) for vibrant, lasting sublimation prints. Higher poly count = better results.

For HTV/Vinyl

Cotton and cotton-blend fabrics work best for heat transfer vinyl. Avoid waterproof or heavily textured materials.

I’ve visited the store in person before and had a wonderful experience, which is why I returned after seeing your business on TikTok. However, today’s experience was very different. My husband picked up our order, and he mentioned that the interaction was not pleasant and that the employee was rude. When I got home, I realized the order was not what I intended to purchase. I called the store for clarification, and the response I received felt very passive-aggressive.I simply asked for help understanding what I ordered versus what I meant to order and how it could be corrected. Instead of assistance, I was told to “go back to how you placed the order” because I selected the wrong item, which came across as dismissive. I recommend that, like many other vinyl companies, you consider verifying orders with customers—especially when there may be confusion—by asking clarifying questions and improving communication. Most importantly, customer service should remain respectful and helpful.
