Order Placement

• Sublimation: Order by 5 PM CST (Mon-Fri) or 2 PM CST (Sat) for same-day pick-up.
• DTF AND UV DTF: Order by 2 PM CST (Mon-Sat) for same-day pick-up.
• Orders after cut-off are ready the next business day. Saturday orders after 2 PM are ready Monday.

Confirmation & Processing

Wait for a confirmation email before pick-up. Large orders may take extra time; we’ll notify you.
