24-Inch Dual Head I3200 DTF Printer (Limited Warranty Included with Printer)
Limited Warranty Coverage:
Epic Marks provides a limited warranty on the 24-Inch Dual Head I3200 DTF Printer covering components and workmanship for 6 months from the date of customer receipt. This warranty excludes components that come into direct contact with ink, such as the ink system, printhead, and capping station. Damage due to customer-initiated removal of the printhead or dampers is also not covered.
Shipping and Repair Responsibility:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Epic Marks in Round Rock, TX, for any warranty repairs.
- Equipment must be shipped in its original packaging. Epic Marks is not responsible for shipping damage due to poor packaging.
- Customers may install warranty parts themselves; however, Epic Marks is not liable for any damages resulting from self-repairs.
- Epic Marks does not provide loaner equipment during repair or shipping time.
Shipping Crate Requirement:
- If the original crate is not kept, customers can purchase a replacement crate from Epic Marks for $600 plus shipping.
Important Terms:
- Warranty coverage is valid for the original purchaser only.
- Epic Marks is not responsible for any losses incurred due to downtime.
- Warranty replaced parts must be returned within 15 business days; failure to return these parts will result in the customer being billed for them.
- A 10-business-day DOA (Defective on Arrival) period is offered, starting from the date of customer receipt. Within this period, Epic Marks will cover shipping for replacement or repair if the printer arrives damaged, missing parts, or is non-functional. After this period, standard shipping terms apply per the warranty agreement.
XP600 DTF Printer Single and Double Head (Limited Warranty Included with Printer)
Limited Warranty Coverage:
The XP600 DTF Printer includes a limited warranty on components and workmanship for a period of 6 months from customer receipt. This warranty excludes the ink system, printhead, capping station, and motherboard. Warranty does not cover any damage resulting from customer removal of the printhead or dampers.
Shipping and Repair Responsibility:
- All shipping charges for repairs to and from Epic Marks in Round Rock, TX, are the customer’s responsibility.
- Equipment must be returned in original packaging, and Epic Marks is not liable for shipping damages due to poor packaging.
- Customers may install warranty parts on their own but assume responsibility for any resulting damage.
- Epic Marks does not supply loaner printers during repair or shipping.

- Customers who do not retain the original crate can purchase a new one from Epic Marks for $600 plus shipping.
