Sales and Order Terms:
- All Sales Are Final: All printer equipment sales, including DTF and UV DTF Printers, are final upon confirmation. No refunds or returns are permitted.
- Warranty Repairs Only: Issues or malfunctions will be addressed under the terms of the warranty agreement specific to the equipment purchased.
- 30-Day Fulfillment: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to a 30-day turnaround time for fulfillment and delivery.
- No Refunds on Confirmed Orders: Once an order is confirmed, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.
Order Cancellations
- Processing Fee: A processing fee of 5% + $2.00 will be applied to the total amount for any canceled or refunded orders.
- Right to Cancel: Epic Marks reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment, suspected fraud, false information, or attempted theft.
Refunds
- Approval and Processing: If a return or refund request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
