- The Program includes levels such as Crafting Enthusiast, Creative Artisan, Master Designer, and Epic Creator, each with distinct rewards and privileges.

- If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Epic Marks immediately.
7. Program Modifications and Termination
- Epic Marks reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including but not limited to changes in point accumulation, redemption policies, and membership levels.

8. Program Abuse
- Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program, including but not limited to unauthorized point transfers or manipulations, may result in the suspension or termination of your membership and points.

- Personal information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with Epic Marks' Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Epic Marks is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the Program, including but not limited to issues with points accumulation or redemption.
- The Program and its benefits are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
