Important Notice: Canva Design Submission Issues
We’ve recently encountered issues with designs created in Canva not transferring correctly for printing, particularly due to color profile mismatches and layer compatibility. Canva uses the RGB color profile, which is not ideal for printing DTF (Direct-to-Film) as it requires the CMYK color profile. As a result, your colors may not appear as expected when printed.
Effective September 14, 2024, Epic Marks will not be responsible for print issues caused by files created in Canva. Refunds will not be provided in these cases.
For the best results, we recommend using design software that supports advanced printing formats and color profiles, such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
